    What is your goal????

I see NO fat in your diet aside from the MCT supplementation, not ideal in either scenario.

if youre trying to gain muscle i dont think you are eating enough. try snacking with almonds or adding extra virgin olive oil to a sald. you need calories and like Swole said you are consuming extremely small amounts of fat. weight will come off with diet, dont try and lose weight when trying to bulk up... kinda like screwing for virginity...

I will try these, I thought it might be too low in fat and carbs, but you get it in your head that "I don't want to put on more fat" and you get afraid to step up the diet. Ok, how much more fat? Carbs? Calories? and where in my day should I add them? Thanks!!!!
