    I will try this again..

    i am having 5 meals before workouts, 2 are pro/carb and 3 are pro/fat...
meal 1 is pro/carb and meal 2 is pro/fat..... but i don't know how to arange the other 3 meals to get the timing right before workout.

    should i do
    pro/carb
    pro/fat
    pro/carb
    pro/fat
    pro/fat

    or
    pro/carb
    pro/fat
    pro/fat
    pro/carb
    pro/fat

or another order? This is a lean bulk diet and i get around 3800 cals a day

Or you could just be patient and wait for a response.

No need to get frustrated, sometimes things get addressed and at other times they do not.

If you are having 5 meals before working out, I've seen people do carb/pro for meal 1, then three fat/pro meals, then carb/pro before working out.

It's hilarious to me how people actually get frustrated as if we've signed a contract to be here daily, 20 hours a day or so to answer these types of case-by-case "user decision" questions. The answer to this is not an answer, it's only an opinion, so how that could ruin one's day or get them upset is news to me.
