Need Diet Help - please critique

Currently running a HGH/Test cycle w/ Winny coming later towards the end. Looking to cut up. Stats are 5'10" 210lbs 18.9%BF. Been working out hard for 10 years, but about 2 years ago quit training & my BF% went up a lot. Been on again hard for about 1 year now, dropped 7% and 12lbs w/ a not so good diet, Gym & Cardio only.

Now with my current cycle in mind, please critique diet:

I drink water all day. One Diet Coke a day & 1 glass of OJ for dinner.

Breakfast usually 9:00am - wheat bagle w/ 2 egg whites, 2 bacon strips, lettuce & tomato.

Lunch 12:00pm - Half a Rotisserie Chicken & steamed veggies

3:00pm - Can of Tuna, nothing else straight from the can.

Dinner 6:30pm - The other half of the chicken & veggies again

    Gym - 8:00 - 930pm

9:30pm - Another can of tuna, nothing else straight from the can.

I usually stick to this diet except usually Saturdays, where it changes to

Tuna patties(egg whites w/ tuna on the stove) breakfast

    Gym about 12:00pm

Lunch(right after gym) Pei Wei or PF Changs - Kung Pao Shrimp

    4:00 or 5:00 - Can of Tuna

7 or 8 Dinner - Out some where

    Out all night

Change the breakfast. It sucks. I would go for something like 8 egg whites & 1/2 cup oats.

Use http://www.fitday.com. You subscribe there (it's FREE!) and they have all the foods on earth with their nutritional content. You just just add each food you eat in your diet for a day and it'll calculate all your calories, protein, carbs & fat. Good luck

Also, for the rotisserie chicken... Sorry buddy but you can't eat the skin. I know, it sucks...

The breakfast is tough for me because I order breakfast from somewhere. I am not a morning person. I love the skin & it kills me to throw it way. All the fat & sodium is in it.

    Thanks Rex.

You are here for critique and to incorporate suggestions, right?

Or is that a rhetorical question?

Yes I am looking for critique, I know I need to work on my diet, so I am completely open to suggestions. I was just responding back Rex, saying it is hard for me to get a good breakfast because I seem never to have time to cook myself in the morning & No I don't eat the skin. Now what should I change in my diet. Remember I would like to stay around my same weight, a little more or less, but drop my BF%
