Means it's VERY good, yummy, etc.

Nothing wrong w/these meats. (Only negative I see is the nitrates and sodium used to cure/preserve these items, but adequate water intake should nullify any negatives)

I did a quick check on calorie king, and ounce per ounce, roast beef has more protein than turkey. Turkey is pretty clean even as lunchmeat. I didn't know that. Roast beef also has alot of sodium as where turkey has none. Roast beef would be a nice change of pace in my diet. Turkey gets old after awhile.
I drink a ton of water, so the sodium in turkey wouldn't be an issue with me.

    6oz Turkey Slices - 30.4 grams Protein.
6oz Roast Beef Slices - 47.7 grams Protein.
