    High LDL

    I just got my blood test back and my LDL was 138. I have never in my life been over 100, and over the last 3 months I have never eaten this well. What gives? I follow the bulking sticky pretty closely, I cheat on the weekends but nothing crazy. I was just wondering if all this food I'm taking in could have givin a false reading. Also I am not on a cycle now but starting in two weeks. Here are a couple of other reading that were high;

    LDL = 138
    IRON = 221 -(my iron has always been high, comments on this also welcome)
    AST = 68

    Thanks!

    Oh, yeah, I'm sure I did. Would this effect it?

    Not necessarily - studies show it can lower good cholesterol (HDL) but with little effect on total cholesterol levels...
