Yes, you do need more. Vegetables provide a staple of benefits to your diet, you'll feel healthier and more energetic by consuming more. I stick mainly to green veggies all day long.
Do you really want to know how much others are eating, or is you question whether you should eat more? I am not clear on what you are trying to learn.Quote:
