Jay Cutler talked about his diet in Muscle Fitness
I was just reading this months issue of Muscle Fitness and Jay Cutler talked about how he takes in 1000-1500 carbs a day and 300g protein. I thought that the protein was low considering he weighs 300lbs. Oh yeah he also threw in the classic muscle-tech, cell-tech garbage.

for real though jay is very smart with his diet and hardcore with his training although he doesnt lift heavy. He does cardio at 2am from a dead sleep just to shook his body then again in the morning.

I got a conspiracy- Maybe they fabricate $hitty diets to make everyone get poor results, so they think they have to buy more supps, and take advatange of their miracle-making properties.

So let me get this right.... if we gave you the right amount of GH/insulin and whatever other juice you needed, you'd be Mr. O?? Let me know, I might sponsor you.

I just posted a thread about Cutler eating 4.4lbs of chicken a day, I think he is eating more than 300g protein a day......
