Wow, thanks for the links this will truly help me out.. I read the one about Harris benedict formula and it seems more down to earth calorie wise etc.... now I just wondered if someone could explain to me in when to eat simple ie) fruits vs complex carbs ie) pasta, rice??? just wish to clarify that. also how should i spread my protein/carbs/fat? is it ok just to divide it by 6? for 6 meals? thats the easiest but will it optimize growth? I have read you should slam carbs right in after a workout. i just need to sit down and figure the best diet plan here

    Hey
yea the second one is great! that is the one i used.......I went to fit day and made up 4 different diets llooks good..i am going to try it....all of em have around 3610 to 3777 calories......approx....... 340-380 protien, 340-390 carbs and 74-79 fat.... about a 40/40/20 split....should work....
