    Critique this diet

    Height: 5'8
    Weight: 195lbs
    BF%: Around 16-17

    I'm trying to cut down to about 13% bodyfat in 2 months for summer. It's going to be rough. Tell me what to add/take away from this sample diet.

    7am: 2 cups liquid egg whites, oatmeal
    10pm: Turkey slices with mayo
    1pm: 50grams whey protein, oatmean (preworkout)
    2:30pm: PWO shake with 40grams protein and 80grams dextrose
    4pm: chicken breast with peanuts
    7pm: Tuna/mayo
    10pm: Cottage cheese / peanuts

    I would refer to the cutting sticky atop the page that is stuck and reads "IMPORTANT" in big ass red letters.

    theres a plethora of knowledge in those stickys to answer a plethora of questions they a plethora of members will have.
