I'm TIRED of my life!!
Hi guys ,
let's first see my stuff and critique if I'm doing somthing wrong.
Breakfast:
5eggs--> 3whole and 2 eggs white.
3slices of american"FatFree"chees.
14.5g of fat
40g of protine
6g of carbs
Second morning meal:
whey protine shake
50g protine
.....................................
lunch:
Tuna+light mayo+mastard
about :
40-45g of protine
7g of fat
14g of carbs
..................................
pre work out meal:
shake
50g of protine
.............................
POW:
shake 50g of protine
dextrose 100g
dinner:
tuna or egg or chicken
+chees and oilve oil or some times protine/flax oil.
About 40-50 g of protine
14 g of fat
4 or so carbs.
-------------------------------------
TOTAL:
275-285g of protine
about110-130g of carbs
around35-40g of fat
--------------------------
my stat
192lbs
18-20%pf --> I know that is crazy .
5'4 ft.
----------------
P.s: I will cut down in sept, ((I actully can not do cutting diet prior to sept)). and I think I will go to the swolcat to help me achieving my goals in sept of this year.
Just to tell the WHOLE truth,in 2000, I used to be around 300lbs and BF% was 38-40%.
my waste was around 48-50& my thighs were 62".
--------------
now : my waste is 33" and my thighs are about 40" .."not really sure".+ my body holds lots of water.and has gyno.
-----------
One more thing..
I'm really sick of not getting any results.. and feel frustrated after around 4years of butting my *ss on every bench at the GYM. I'm tired of my life..
DO YOU THINK I GONNA BE SOMETHING IN BUDYBUILDING?
NOW... FLAME or say something.
thanks in advance for your help and for your time..& I owe this forum a lot in changing my body.

thanks andf6969..
the egg white i guess is 3.5 g of protine.
whole is 6g of protine.
the tuna is about 40-45 depends on the weight..
let's say a can of tuna is 205g.
I open it and throw the water and then re weight it on the scale.
it's about 175..
I put it on my plate and then re-weight the empty can .. it's about 30g.
175-30=145.
for each 56g has 16g of protine and 1g of fat.
if we divide 16on 56=.2857
then I multiply .2857×145=41.42g of protine.
My goal:
to get rid of the excess fat and keep my muscle as much as I can.. I know that cardio is essential but, it is a maintinance diet--> I mean I just do not want to add any more fat.
thanks for your reply and see If Iam wrong with my calculation dude?

Cardio is going to help you lose fat much MUCH quicker than without it. 3x per week, in the AM on an empty stomach at 70-80% of your MHR (220-age) should be a good start. 45-60 mins. You don't even have to run, a fast walk on the treadmill set at a 4-5 incline is a great workout.
Are all those calculations really necessary to find the protein content of a can of tuna? I mean it should say on the side of the can....
Take a look at the cutting sticky atop the diet forum for some additional info. You say you're frustrated because you don't see any results? Well, if you're not eating enough calories to build muscle, and not doing cardio to lose fat, then you're going to stay pretty much the same. Posting your workouts in the workout forum would be a wise choice too.Last edited by AandF6969; 04-30-2005 at 01:42 AM.

A regular can of tuna usually has 13 grams of protein per serving, and there are 2.5 servings per can.
Simple. Very, very simple.

Yeah, solid white albacore has a higher protein content than the chunk light stuff.
Most use the chunk light (usually), so I'm used to giving out that measurement.
I prefer the solid white sh*t myself.

thanks guys
I use "BUMBLE BEE" white solid tuna and it has 16g of protine
for the cardio..
I'm busy 4 days a week from 7a.m till 7p.m .. .
And I have 2 days off and some times hit the gym in these days..
so, cardio is not not option because I can not manage my life with cardio UP TO SEPT.
But , I really want to know Am I doing the right thing?
Should I change something?
my body can gain weight so easly.. and that what maks me stick to such a low carb diet.
As I mentioned , I may be find a personal traner , on SEPT, but up to that day, Should I change some thing or do you have some thing to advise me with..
I really do not know what to do next.
swole cat, I realy want to know what you think.. .

and for the workout, I will post my work out as you say at workout forum.. thanks again.
The tuna not usually has the same weight as it mentioned on the can !!

Cardio is an integral part of cutting. Yeah, it sucks ass waking up early in the morning to do it, but it works. Going to bed an hour early and waking up an hour early to do cardio is always an option.
Like I said above, if you're not eating enough calories to build muscle, and you're not doing cardio w/ your cutting diet, you're going to stay pretty much the same.

I honestly do not know how much cals should I exactly eat? I guess 2000..or so,
for the cardio .. I definitly agree with you sir, but I can not keep doing my cardio session as I mentioned because I 'm busy.. BUT I will start my cardio on sept.
UP to septemper, do you think that I'm doing the right thing? with this diet or I have to change somthing? and thanks for your amendments on the diet I'll add what you wrote, but don't you think about 40g of fat is enough?

The protien that most of us on this board take is used to try to build muscle, and since you do not have time to work out until september, I am not sure what benefit you get from it. I would stick with solid food and kill the low fat cheese and low fat mayo. Usually "low fat" is synonomous with "high sugar" You are much better off with fat.
If you are not active than losing weight and developing the type of body that you want will be difficult. I have known fat people who have become skinny by diet alone, and there isn't anything wrong with this. Usually takes them longer and it is much healther. For most of us, skinny isn't exactly the look we strive for, but its all individual choice.

Texas,
I am confused. In your post you seemed to indicate that you cant work out until September or at least do any cardio. In your profile you say you have been working out for four years and that you ride your bike all the time. Which one is more accurate?

^--^
beenie...
I thank you first..
second..
I do work out BUT, I can not get on the traidmill because Iam busy most of the week and doing cardio will make me exusted .. and the cardio wouldn't let my do my stuff throghout the day since I 'm busy from 7-7.. so that is hard if I do cardio befor 7am and also do my business for 12 hours and finally hit the gym for a workout session!!
So, I workout but I wouldn't start morning cardio before sept.
now... should I continue on this diet or shall I change?Last edited by TEXAS; 04-30-2005 at 05:10 PM.
