Need Some Advice On This Diet For Shedding Bodyfat????

On Monday, i will be starting this diet to try and lose a little of the bodyfat i have on me......im 21 around 5'7 and around 165....im just looking to lose bodyfat but i kno in the process a little bit of muscle will be lost.......so heres the diet

contains around 1600-1800 calories all meals will be taken at around 3 hour intervals 6 meals a day
Gonna do cardio 4 times a week in the morning and lift around 3 times a week in afternoon....Quick question about cardio....Is it better to run or do a moderate jog....and how long should i be doing cardio for??
    Meal A
1 serving of Soy protein and whey protein
1 banana and tablespoon of flaxseed oil with glutamine
    Vitamin C and antioxidants

    Meal B
IT would be around 3-4 egg whites and an apple and another vitamin c

    Meal C
    4oz chicken breast
    and some type of veggies

Meal D which would be right before i lift would be the same thing as meal A

Meal E which is right after i lift
4 oz Chicken breast and more veggies

Finally meal F which is right before i go to bed would be
    1 serving of soy protien
1 serving of whey and flaxseed oil

I am told i should add some type of carb drink like an Ultrafuel or something on lifting days.....Does this sound right?
Anyway just let me know what you guys think and feel free to add or change anything you dont think is right. All together its around 160 grams of protein, 123 of carbs, and 55 of fat. Will this help me shed some bodyfat?

I dont know how you can stick to this. If I were on the diet you describe I think I would be hungry. In addtion to that the babanna is counter productive, since the calories come as simple carbs. The apple is a bit better, but not much. You should consider adding more solid food IMHO.
