Might be helpful to calculate nutrition diet
Hey guys, I came across this site, it's great for calculating what you want in your diet plan, it'll tell you what foods have what in them, how many calories, fats, carbs and how much protein in them, has a full listing of what nutrients are in it too! Say you're looking for foods with 100% protein, no fat or carbs, you put your mouse on the pyramid and move it all the way to the bottom right and click, it'll give you a choice of a lot of foods with just protein in it, click a food choice and it'll give you all the nutrient info, looks pretty helpful to me. Try it out and leave me some feedback. :-D
