Summer Commin ! :D
Whats up guys...
Ive been on bulking diet for past 3 or so months.
I am 22yrs old 6`3 tall. Went up from 201Lbs to 226Lbs. Some good power gains also. My budy fat went up about %3.
Now.. It is time to cut..get rid of the fat covering my abs - simply get ripped. Just as I needed help with my Bulking diet .. I will need help with this one.. I already read Sticky topics while ago. I know what to eat etc.
I just bought some more supplements that supose to help in getting rid of the fat. Here is my Day Plan. I will need some advice on the suplements and food im eating here. Especially on suplements.. when to take them..should I take them together..separate them more etc.
I really apreciate Your help.
Here it goes
3:00am - Cell-Tech with 20oz. water
3:05am - L-Carnitine 1000mg 1 TbSp
3:30am - Cardio
4:00am - Shake + 1Tbsp Flax seed oil
5:30am - 2 Eggs + 6Egg whites + 2 slices whole wheat bread
5:35am - CortiSlim cortisol blocker - 1 capsule
7:00am - Oats 1 cup
9:00am - Shake + banana
Noon - 1/2cup Brown rice with 2 x chicken breast
12:05pm - CortiSlim cortisol blocker 1 capsule + 1 capsule Green-tea extract
3:00pm - Shake + banana
3:05pm - Ester C 1000mg 2 capsules
4:00pm - Cell-Tech with 20oz. water
4:15pm - Amino Fuel - Anabolic liquid 2TbSp
4:30pm till 5:45pm WORKOUT
5:50pm - Creatine Fuel stack - 5000mg Creatine,2000mg L-Glutamine
6:00pm - Brown Rice with Large can of chicken breast in water
6:05pm - CLA 2 capsules
8:30pm - Shake + banana
9:00pm - BED

I got some creatine powder too I can use that instead.
How about rest of the suplements .. Dont tell me i jsut wasted all my money

Many choose to not utlize creatine while cutting, that's the general idea behind my statement. In the intitial stages of your plan you may wish to use it, but to lean out and see your "true" progress, I'd drop all forms of creatine.

try kfc their chicken is filled with protein for variety also cell tech and nitro tech will make u really big(like jay cutelr) in no time so if u dont like that type of bod stop using them and use smth like on 100% whey

I just read cuttin diet again. Hmm looks like I jsut got used to that bulkin diet.
Ok I will drop creatine totally...
I think I also need to drop some of the carb intake..
Are rest of the suplements good tho ? Green tea extrac..CLA.. Coristol blocker etc ?

Do i need more food ? This is a good amount already IMO.. well exepct some protein shakes... i could replace that with some food. I agree on that one.

I am 225Lbs
I dont care about the weight really.. I could be 250Lbs as long the fat % is low. So.. Id say drop about %6-8 bf.
Calories... well about 3600 or so.. I would have to check on that tho
Macro break down.. cant answer that.. how can I find that out ?
I got Q about that 7:00 am comment u wrote.. Oat meal etc.. What would be the best to add there ?

7 am meal if u wanna keep the carbs add a lean protein source
me id add eggwhites (but only cuz resources are limited long story)id add a o fat protein source dunno bout turkey i wouldnt add a shake cuz u already have too many

Oh ok got u.
See... I bought that program called.. CalorieKing .. Really nice software.. so yea on avarage its been 3900 calories
But that was bulkin diet
This is just a plan that i am starting this monday

Im really f**** good at wasting money !! I should of ask here b4 buyin all this sh!t. 200 bucks down the drain... Oh well... learning the hard way.

This is what i came up with:
3:30am - 4:00am Cardio

NOON - 1/4 cup brown rice + 2 x chicken breast + 1 capsule of green-tea extract
3:00pm - Shake + apple
3:05pm - Ester C 1000 2caps
4:15pm - Amino Fuel
4:30pm - 5:45pm workout
6:00pm - 1/2 cup brown rice + can of chicken breast
6:05pm - 2 caps of CLA
8:30pm - Shake
8:45pm - BED
I also have glutamine... when should I take it ?
And L-Carnitine... same Q.

im sorry, not to knock you... but your up at 3 a.m and go to sleep at 9 p.m. bro do you party, f*ck, or do anything else?... if you can stick to that you the man. (im not making jokes, just woundering and curious)
but back to the issue. i think you need more time to rest. you got a total of 6 hours for sleep... and you know you dont fall asleep right away... so on 5 hours or so your no good to your self or anyone else.
