    beans??

    is 4 bean salad an ok food choice
    in a cutting diet?
    I love beans and cant seem to find
    much info on them.

    What are those 4 types of beans? What sauce is used to flavor the salad and what is that comprised of, etc.

    green beans, kidney beans, chick peas and anothe one I dont know.
    it is basicly just vinigar, it tastes just like the juice that is in a pickel jar
