    Water intake.....

    i for some reason hate the taste of water. i know i must drink it everyday. but how much does it really help especially since i am cutting now?? can some one give me facts on this?? and do those artificially sweetened waters take the place of straight water?? thanks guys in advance.....

    more water in = less water held by your body


    try lemon water and add some splenda or even soem crystal light

    so i could drink crystal light all day instead of water and that be just as good???

    R U serious? Water is life, and the water I drink has no taste.

    Not sure what you are drinking, but water is VERY key, especially when cutting!

    just throw a lemon and/or lime in your water if you get bored or if you hate the taste (whatever that means) of your water...
