    suitable snack while working out

    the last couple of times i have been at the gym,i have been slightly hungry half way through my workout.is their any suitable snacks which would help.was thinking maybe a banana ?

    I'd recomend drinking atleast 12oz of water before your workout and continue to drink while working-out.

    Drinking alot of water is key. I eat some chicken during the workout, if I'm really hunger. Plus a PW protien shake can be very filling. Throw alittle yogurt, or oats in it, and fruits can taste good too.
