    ECA in the heat

    How safe do you think it is to be on an ECA stack while in Iraq in the extreme heat, is it safe as long as you consume lots of water. Does ephadrine effect your resting temp?

    I'd be very careful in that type of heat. From what I've heard it's like h*ll.

    so the ephadrine will effect you like ephadra would in that instince
