I read awile back on here something about caffeine diminishing the absorption of protien. Is there any truth to this? I haven't seen anything about it since.
As I'm sitting here drinking coffee I'm hopeing I don't have to give it up.

If it does have an affect, must not be much because I've been drinking coffee/diet soda/using ECA's for years on end, and I seem to have a bit of muscle.
