    Going Crazy In Between Diets

Just finished my first serious diet, and now I have this sudden urge to eat every junk food in my path. I hate junkfood actually, but all of a sudden after this first diet I need it.. Does this happen to a lot of people and is it okay to diet for a good 4-6 weeks and then take 3 or 4 days pigging out?

I believe that if you dieted for 4-6 weeks and saw good results, that cheating like mad for 3-4 days would probably derail most of your efforts.

4-6 weeks is not that long to be dieting really.

ONE cheat day is probably sufficient... personally, I allow myself 2-3 cheat meals during one day, once a week

    No doubt, done it b4.

The body naturally craves high calorie foods when it's deprived of what it's ued to. So yes, that's natural.
