and how much of it should you be taking at a time?

You should it w/ take biotin when you ingest any carbs, it shuttles carbs into muscle and away from fat. Glucorell R is pre-packed w/ the biotin, and I take like 2 or 3 caps, depending on how many carbs I'm eating.
