quick question hurr....
i had a majoy cheat weekend....drinkin, eating everything i saw...havent done it in 2 months and felt i hit a plateau....so now im all bloated with water and soft lookin....whats the best/quickest way get back to how i was....
ive gone back to my original diet...the cutting sticky...drinking plenty of water...doing cardio...training intense....
Swole...i know u got something for me on this one brutha!!!...

jump to Distilled water for a few days your body wont hold t you will be pisin evrey 30 mins or take traxalone

Im having the same problem my abs have looked like crap ever since i cheated on friday and saturday

Drop the carbs down for a few days and see how that works also lots of water!

thanks boys...ive been doin cardio like crazy, drinkin **** loads of water, etc...im gunna keep it up....thats the last time i drink for a long time
