    To me it seems like mct oil would be superior to other oils as extra kcal when bulking Since its very unlikely that it will be stored as bodyfat.
    Sounds to me that it wont be stored as bodyfat even with insulin present since its very hard for the body to make it into the tryglicerids(sp?) that it needs to turn into to be stored.

    I wonder what the "perfect" ratio betwen flax, oliv and coconut oil would be for fatburning purposes.

    Most comerical mct oils I have seen is rich on capric acid but low on lauric acid and that seems acward to me since lauric acid is the most benificial mct oil. Would coconut oil acctualy be a superior choise compered to the mct oil supplement companies sells?

    does anyone here use unrefined(virgin)coconut oil as a fat in your diet?
