    fat and fat loss?

is it true that your body will tend to hold onto fat if it's not getting enough of it in your diet?

also how long does a EFA take to be fully digested and out of the blood stream? i ask this because i will have to plan my training around this so that my slin ont be elevated will there's fat still in my blood stream?

It's a survival instinct. If you limit water, your body holds on to water (water retention).

Same for fat and fat loss, yes, but carb intake is key in the 2nd scenario.

bah.. if you work out at all like a man you should be so depleted afterwards that there shud be nil and no fat storage taking place if your macro's are in check.

My body goes through it in 85 minutes, but that's just a guess too.
