Next monday im gonna start my cycle of clen, in about 4 weeks(end of clen cycle) im gonna jump on some creatine. My goal is to lose bodyfat, not nessasarily actual weight, just wanna look more defined and bigger, figured id jump on cretine to gain alittle size i lost on clen. heres the diet i am going to be doing while on the clen and creatine,is it good for my goals??
930- 2 eggs, 3 egg whitess, 2 pieces of rye, piece of no fat cheese
1130-can of tuna n reg mayo
130- grilled chicken. melted no fat cheese, alittle bbq sauce,side salad
330-can of tuna, 2 pieces of grain bread, low fat mayo(i herd its not good to mix carbs n fat so i use one serving of low fat mayo, 3 grams of fat
WORKOUT
600- PWO shake
700-grilled chk ,melted cheese, ranch dressing
900- about .75lb os lean steak on the george foreman
before bed at ab out 11- protein pudding
