Black medium coffee! This stuff is crack, it keeps me wired for a good 3 hours.
Tim Horton's coffee (canadian thing... many can relate) before workout... the stuff is like crack.
Every am, Venti Drip (XL coffee of the day/black) with a little room at the top so I don't spill it while driving over speed bumps.

i live for starbucks. i have it in my house and i still go everyday. i'm a grande iced mocha with an extra shot and whip man myself. winter time....peppermint mocha...forget about it...off the hook
any of you guys have a 'Bad Ass Coffee Company' in your city? dude, we just got one here in Houston, they originated in Hawaii, and if you like frappaccinos (sp?), they KICK STARBUCKS' ASS!
NOONE can touch starbucks...venti ICED white chocolate mocha is my wake up call....
