working out in the am DIET???
im working out in the am and im having a hard time fixing up the sticky up top... my first mean is usually my pwo shake since i take NO x-polde before the gym... how can i switch it around??

I would have a real meal before a workout. I have carbs/protein before workout in the am always.

10 eggwhites/1.5cups brown rice/1scoop whey is my first meal!! i love my first meal. my second carb meal is almost the same except i replace eggwhites with turkey
