    the right amount of carbs???

    ok i think ive basically found the right amount of calories my body needs per day without putting on bodyfat and and being able to add little by little of lean mass. My question is, what should be the macro nutrient ratio or breakdown for someone at the very line of not spilling over and storing fat(generally speaking becasue everyone is different)???

    also anther question, if your carb intake is high(45% of daily caloric intake for example) but your daily caloric intake is right on the money or even a bit lower, is there a possibility of the carbs being stored as fat??
