off day meal plan
Other than dropping the pwo servings, what do most of yall do different on off days while lean bulking.
I usually do this but don't know if this is a good approach
cardio on empty for 30-45
Pro/ cup of oats
Pro/fat
Pro/cup of brown rice
pro/fat
Pro/cup of brown rice
pro/fat.
5'11 210 8-10% bf.
and on workout days i eat 8 meals at around 3800-4000 cals

I was wondering myself, what others did on non-workout days...i have just been doing this:
pro/carb...pro/fat...pro/carb...pro/fat...usually this is where i workout, but on non-workout days--pro/carb, or if i feel it may be last meal of the day i'll do pro/fat...pro/fat (if necessary)
definitely haven't perfected it yet
