Thread: my diet

6:00 am Cardio 30-50 minutes (sometimes done after workout)
6:30 protein shake with 2 scoops of whey
8:30 can of tuna and handful of almonds
12:00 Lean protein
5:00 50 grams of whey and dex
6:00 lean protein, salad
8:30 lean protein, handful of almonds and flax
thats my daily diet have been doing it for about 2 1/2 months and have produced great results.
I know i dont have enough veggies but i work a job where i cant carry much food with me, also i dont have many carbs because i am very carb sensitive. And of course i will snack on sugar free jello or pudding or Qsmart bars. Flame away

You need lots more fats, and you also need a better 2nd pwo meal or PPWO.
I'd refer to the cutting sticky atop the page, it will guide you through what you need to do.

yeah the only problem is is that i am on a extremely tight budget, im just workin with what i got ya know

use all Natural Peanut butter or whole eggs for ur fats to get some EFA"s

well i do eat a lot of almonds, i mean i think i take in about 35 grams of fat in a day, probably should have 50 huh
