    Another cutting question

    I'm taking in about 2600 cal per day, 142.5g carb, 363g protein, 61.5g fat. Was wondering if at a weight of about 208 right now if that is enough to cut without losing much muscle. I'm also on some gear and alternating ECA and clen every 2 weeks...

    Any opinions if I need more food???

    I would cut out a little protein and go for 90 g fat.
    You look like a big guy and you don't want your natural test. level to go down too much because of a lack of fat.

    first but it might be too late DONT USE ECA w/ clen
    clen long half life so 2 weeks on 2 weeks off = garbage
    using ECA during that time hammers the receptors making it pointless to use clen again
    READ hookers write up on clen in steroid Profiles!!!! its imparative that you get the info for opt usage.
    secondly diet looks fine for cutting... everyone is diff try it if you dont get results you feel u shud be gettin modifyt he ratios up protein down carbs or down carbs up fat or something.

    alright thanx, I just needed to know if this was a good start and Im assuming it is. About the ECA/clen , I'm gonna be doing the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off thing but taking benadryl for one week a month as to keep my receptors clean. I've read in many places that this is an efective way to optimize usage... unless you have some input why it doesnt work...

    its just if i was going to use clen i would go straight threw w/ benedryl for rephosphilation then go off for a few weeks and start maybe an eca cycle.
