Spaghetti PPWO
I am bulking and rice and chicken is starting to get old for PPWO meal. I can never finish it anymore its that bad. Today I went with sphagetti with very low fat sauce and a can of chicken. Its 84g carb, 50g pro and 5g fat. Not a good idea or is spaghetti carbs good enough.

Wouldn't be my first choice... or my second. Now since you're bulking I could see placing it as another meal but not your pwo meal.

I would do it while bulking a few times a week to switch it up. I wouldn't do it every single day though, 3x a week.

Cool, I just need some more options than rice and oats. Baked potatoes and Spaghetti works great.
