    tuna diet

    have any of you guys heard/tried this? i think tuna and chicken breast diet would rock! im thinking of trying it for a couple weeks.

    tuna and chicken only, mmm not for me i eat tuna evrey now and then but if im eatin fish im gonna have some salmon i eat mostly chicken

    haha all set with that, although I do have two cans of tuna a day which gets old smelling that s*it.

    tuna and chicken only....you wouldnt even get enough calories to support lean mass..would you ? i dont thinks so unless you eating like 10oz chicken breast

    someone told me you cant have tuna more than 5 times a week because of mercury?? who knows if that is true lol.... the tuna doesnt bother me, but the dried out chicken always seems to go down hard

    My wife is pregnant, and the doctor told her to only eat "chunk light" tuna because of the mercury. No other kind of canned tuna and no fresh tuna.
