i dont have time to eat every hour. every 2-3 for me
sorta ...
but whats with the gap between 6 and 10? :shrug:
sometimes it feels like i dont stop eating for the complete time im awake :-\ .. but i probably eat almost every hour. sometimes just a protein bar, or protein shake, or salad.. but usually always have something in me

I'm always munching on something so I try to keep it clean. Eating too much is my problem. I'm cutting now and I combine them and eat every three hours. Only eat protein and carbs around my workouts. I've cut out oats in the morning in favor for black beans only on workout days. I'm pretty carb sensitive. Used to be a chunk in highschool.
Failure...Why?
I'm starving one hour after a full meal.
I'll drink a 50g Protein shake with water and 20g carbs of oatmeal until the next meal. I should also mention I'm on GH(3IU/ED), IGF(80mcg/ED),T3(12.5mcg/ED) and test(1g/W). I have the ability to eat anytime I want. I'm only burning fat without doing cardio. I eat about 4k CLEAN cals a day. 235lb @ 6'2"
