What I do when I don't want to eat
This may sound stupid, but it works well for me.
I've been bulking for a few months (this is the first time in my life I've been serious about working out) and I always have trouble with my last couple meals of the day. However, I've been sticking to my diet very well and my gains have been great. I also hate tuna and no matter what I do to it, or how much hot sauce I add it's always hard to choke down. Well I started doing this to help make eating easier.
When it's time for a meal that I really don't want to eat, I turn on the food network and watch them cook for about 5 minutes. It seems like no matter how full I am, that stuff always looks great. Then I prepare my meal, and keep watching the TV while I'm eating, and no matter how crappy it tastes I just keep thinking about the food on TV rather than what I'm eating.
Like I said it may sound stupid but maybe it will help some people.
