    i'll admit it

    i don't know a damn thing about dieting... but i read the sticky's on bulking and cutting and am willing to give it a shot.
    one question... how would one tweak the numbers for cycling? any difference or just stay with the same numbers?

    also, the sticky says there is a time and a place for cheat meals... when and where is this? it fails to mention the placement of cheat meals in the diet so what exactly is considered an appropriate amount of cheat meals a week/month?

    depending on what kind of results you are looking for, cheating can be either once a week (every meal that day or just one), or once every two weeks
    most people on this forum believe that once a week is a good
    as with the steriods , it will depend on which compounds you are cycling, just make sure you are getting enough protein and drinking enough water..

    so really during cycle i shouldn't be as concerned with upping the total amount of calories as with upping the protien to 2-2.5g per lb of bodyweight?
