sugar free pudding
got some sugar free pudding from the store only problem is it has 7g of sugar alcohols per serving its only sweetener is sucralose, is this pudding still bad to eat? I am on a cutting diet

carbs don't count, but any cals do.

I hear it's good but the two negatives that steer me clear of it are:
1) Soy protein
2) Cost

yea i definately like instones pudding but like swole said it is not cheap and is soy.

i just bought a box, i have to start reading labels, i didnt know it was soy damit, damit... all i hear is bad things about soy
