Using muscle for energy
How fast does your body deplete muscle when using it for energy?
I'm wondering because I havn't been eating the right amount of food the past month.
I've lost 13 lbs. I was taking creatine, protein, and ammino's. I have stopped creatine and the ammino's. My protein has slumped also.
The 13 lbs that I gained was the most I have ever weighed and wa the first time I,ve had a good diet. Also, do you think I could gain it back fairly quick?

Depends on what you were eating, the caloric deficit, protein defecit, your activity, body-type, etc.
