    Liquid Food shakes

    Usually I do shakes with Tuna, Chicken and meat, I get 2.2pounds for example of tuna and put in a blender and mix with water, I make a 2.2pounds tuna concentrate drink, during the day I drink, is the food being absorved or it gets wasted on the toilet?

    Its not being wasted, if anything you're helping the stomach apsorb it easier, sounds disgusting though

    Yes that does sound disgusting, but like I said before "I would eat a cardboard box" if it would help me get into shape..
