    Help!! Suppliment.. Expert??

    Need Help Regarding This Suppliment

    can anyone tell me what the ingrediance of this suppliment will do??

    Niacin (B3) 10 mg
    Pyridoxine (B6) 3.5 mg
    Zinc 10 mg
    5-methyl-7-methoxyisoflavone 75 mg
    7-isopropoxyisoflavone 75 mg
    5.7 dihydroxyflavone 20 mg
    20-hydroxyecdysone 20 mg
    isoflavone 100 mg
    tribulus terrestris (29% steroidal saponins) 150 mg
    Lysophosphatidylcholine 10 mg

    Other Ingredients: tribulus terrestris extract, pueraria lobata, zinc aspartate, niacinamide, pyridoxine HCL, gelatin, magnesium stearate, stearic acid.

    well it seems like it is a tirbulus supplement which is for the increase of natural gh production.

    IMO they do not work unless you buy with higher than 45% steroidal saponins which the only one I've seen only gives the powder.

    srry but this product will do nothing in terms of muscle gain

    your getting choline though which is a very good nootropic but 10mg wont do much

    hope you didnt spend a lot of money bro.

    I thought tribulus(hence tribulus terrestis) was supposed to increase natural test production.(not that it matters)
