Be carefull with that shit. I blame the stomach katarr I got on all the sugar free shit I consumed previously. Aspartam and aculfam wrecks havoc on my stomach. At first I just got some gas and dihareea but everytime I ate stuff like that it got worse and if I eat sugar free candy now I get undescribable, crippling pain.

They're not too bad as far as the diet goes, I mean the cals count and they're empty, but I don't think it would be detremental, it's the $hits and stomach pain most get from them.
