Pro/fat
Soo is it ok to eat green beans with your pro fat meal like greens mixed with olived oil and a piece of chicken?
and i have another quiestion for my cutting diet would it hurt to some low carb marinara sauce on my eggs for a pro fat meal? serving size is like 1/2 a cub and has 6 carbs and 1g sugar and i only use 2 spoons on my eggs , not sure if that would hurt the pro fat meal

In regards to the veggies they are fine, it has been shown that most fibrious veggies do not produce any significant insulin response. The exception would be things like carrots, corn, and peas. I prefer broccoli and green beans myself.
I prefer to keep my pro/fat as low carb as possible so even though it's doubtful it would hurt, I'd probably (for me anyway) cut the marinara to 1/4 cup.
