    Organic peanut butter VS Natural Peanut butter

    Sup guys? hey which one is better to take down for heathly fats ? Organic has trans fat and no Hydrogen oils in it so im thinking its better than Natural peanut butter but they both tast great so what do you use ??

    that what i though alphman but i dont think so they look diffrent and tast diffrent but what the hell do i know not like i work fo the USDA

    organic vs natural has to do with how the peanuts are grown with no pestcides hence the reason organic is always more money. They both taste the same, but obv. the organic is a little better for you, how much though I'm not sure.

    After I posted what I said, I realized this. Organic probably has less if any preservatives too.
