Tuna, brocolli, and apple pre workout

Is this a good pre workout meal to have about an hour before my workout?

5 oz. of tuna mixed with 1 tbsp of fat free mayo, salt, and pepper
    1 small serving of broccoli
    1 small apple
    500 ml of water

if it is just for a preworkout meal, and doesn't fall in line with your daily diet, scrap it.

if it does, the apple is sugar, broccoli is fiber. no real muscle building carbs there. good snack without the apple.

yup no high GI carbs in a cutting diet except PWO! makes you look soft and more chance of storing as fat!

    Yes.

Smelling like tuna and breathing fish is not something I consider a fun time out.
