looks good too me except the fact that you cut you protein in PWO 1 &2. Some height and weight would help also. Those numbers work for me for the most part.

Bro check the cutting sticky... your bodu needs complex carbs...you can still stay low carb and eat some.....have a 1/2 cup oatmeal in the morning than a few hrs before eat like 1/2 cup to 1 cup of brown rice mixed with tuna or chicken and that will be your complet carb intake for the day because rite now your only takeing carbs down when u eat your simple carb mashed potatos at nite wich is horrible if your trying to losse BF

    TRAINING DAYS
    meal 1
-broccoli/chicken breast/butter (lite butter made with canola oil, not margerine)
    -40g Protein 16g Fat

    meal 2
    -whey / almonds
    -40g Protein 16g Fat

    meal 3
    -same as meal 1

    meal 4
    -same as meal 2

    meal 5
    -post workout whey and dextrose
    -30g protein 50g carbs

    meal 6
    -post workout mashed potatos/chicken breast
    -30g protein 50g carbs

On off days I just alternate meals 1 and 2 for 6 meals. No carbs.

I'm stalled right now... not losing any fat. Does everything look alright?

i dont understand y your last meal has carbs in it? you should rearrange your training to fall earlier in the day so your last meal doest have any carbs in it. Cardio empty stomach first thing in the morning, wait 45min to have anything then have a some oats or brown rice, then carbs PWO and PPWO and thats it! then if that doesnt work which it most likely will, start reducing your total caloric intake for the day slowly intil goals are reached!

Been stalled for a 2-3 months now and i've been gradually lowering calories over that time. I'm natural, yes. Is it possible for everyone to reach sub 10% bf without gear? I'm beginning to wonder if this is a genetic issue.

o and by the way yes it's very possible to do this, im 100% natural and im well below 10%, just play around with your food, and also all carbs except PWO should either come from oats, yams, or brown rice! those are your best choices.

True... If you really wanna be safe wait 90 min... no big deal

And work out earlier if you can, wait an hour after your PWO shake and use low GI carbs for your next meal...Followed by a Tbs of Flax Oil and PM shake (Casien Protein) for last meal... Worked for me...
