i went to a king kamali guest posing
he recommended a 3 on 1 day off method, and on the day off you cheat for break fast and lunch, i gave er a go and it REALLY helped to keep me sane and i still am leaning down.
i just wanted to get some input and share this with you.

when i cheat its normally pretty low...I'll have peanut butter or some potato chips nothing to serious..right now im to F'in busy to do cardio so keepin it pretty clean

I'm cutting right now, and i have a roaring metabolism... i have been known to put down 5k+ cals on my cheat meals....

Cheatmeal today - chipotle burrito with double barbicoa meat, 2 donuts, 1 chocolate chip muffin, and grande starbucks mocha frappachino. I feel even better then i did at the start of the day in terms of body fat.

ya king kamali during the guest posing said that when you cheat it flushes your system out and the next day you look more vascular and leaner b/c of this.
good info bros, everyone needs a break, dieting isnt so fun haha, but the results are great.
