Importance of the PPWO meal while cutting

ok i know that it is important to get some complex carbs about an hour after you PWO shake

but how about if you are cutting and want to keep your carbs low

could you get away with some lean protein and some fibrous carbs instead?

It's a must because muscular repair and the process in which we go about completing that does not change because you are cutting.

You work w/other meals and reducing there, etc.

you might try to reduce pro/carb meals on off days
like i get maybe 1 or 2 p/c on off days if that and 4 on lift days.

Just go pro/carb breakfast, PWO, and PPWO. You can go with pro/fat pre-WO.
