    summer bulker

Heres my diet lay out for this summer. I'm 5'9" 210lbs bodyfat pretty low, can see abs good relaxed. I'll be running my first cycle this summer of test prop and test ethanate and want to get the most out of it. I've bulked forever eating clean and trying to gain as little fat as possible, this time round I'll still eat relatively clean but with just a little things tossed in here and there-lowcarb wraps-whole wheat waffles.
My goal this summer is to gain as much size and strength as possible for me. Don't get me wrong I still don't want to gain a whole lot of fat but not to concerned about packing some on.

Meal #1) 1can tuna w/low carb wrap, 1scoop whey, 1cup oatmeal, 1 wholewheat waffle 82pro 13fat 88carb, protein so high because wrap, oats, and waffle have 28grams total protein.
    Meal #2) PWO- 55pro 110carb
    Meal #3) 8oz chicken, 2 cups rice 70/8/88
    Meal #4) Tuna Shake-1.5cans tuna 3tbspn adams PB 60/26/6
    Meal #5) 3scp pro, 2tbspn flax 66/31/6
    Meal #6) 1.5cans tuna w/lowcarb wrap, 1.5 cups rice 65/7/71
    Meal #7) 3scp whey, 2tbspn flax 66/31/6
Meal #8) Tuna shake-1.5 cans tuna 3tbspn adams PB 60/26/6

    comes out to about 4900cals 524protein 142fat 381carbs

I'm thinking about replaceing meal #5 w/ nlarge weight gainer shake and some skim milk but not to sure if this would be more beneficial to muscle growth.
What do you guys think, look pretty good?

1)I'm going to work 6pm-6am so I'll wake up at about 1pm
2)I got them in shake form just so I can down a meal really fast at work and not have to worry about not being able to take a break.
3)2.5 scoops of protein powder and 3/4cup dextrose
    4)they are the whole wheat wraps at costco. 3fat 11protein 14carb 9fiber

I would drop the waffle in the morning as you got your carbs from the oats and whole wheat wrap. Swap the PPWO white rice with brown rice. Ditch the wrap in meal 6 as u got the brown rice and ditch the wrap b4 bed and just have the tuna. Whats "Ranch"?

I prefer white rice over brown rice for ppwo. Brown doesn't give any extra benefits at this time.
