    Cheese

I haven't eaten cheese in 2 months and miss it. Know that white cheese tends to be better for you than yellow cheeses, please correct if i'm mistaken. Well, curious to find out if anybody eats cheese and if so, which cheeses tend to be the healthiest for you....less cholesterol, less fat, etc.

I tend to stick with kraft fat free singles...yellow or white doesn't matter...both have nearly identical nutritional values

I use real full-fat cheese for my fat/pro meals.

Fat free sh*t not only tastes like sh*t, they add sugar in a HORRID ATTEMPT to make up for taste.

Since real cheese has no sugars, the bloating is quite minimal and doesn't lend itself to the typical dairy qualities.

So based on the above reply, you think it's ok to just eat Swiss, Provolone, Mozzerella, Havartui, Jarlsberg, etc during a Pro/Fat meal considering i'm on a bulking diet?

Most definitely, even if you were cutting but bulking it would really be no issue at all.

I usually stay away from cheese, as it is high in sat. fat and I'm lactose intolerant...

dairy def makes you look softer no matter what it is. No dairy for me while cutting.

I guess it's all in what you can get away with.

Cheese having no sugars doesn't lend itself to giving me a soft look because there is no lactose in it. However, other dairy w/sugars does lend the soft look.

I guess it's a person by person thing. I let my clients eat real cheese, and they do very well.

cheese is in my diet. I never need to cut. I literally eat whatever I want. It all melts off of me. Its just the way that I am genetically. Lucked out I guess. Love the cheese.

Just because SC says cheese is ok doesnt mean it is. Everyone is different and most people are allergic to dairy. You cannot generalize and put everyone in the same category, you have to experiment and find out for yourself.

I was waiting for someone to totally wig out.

, I said it's okay as part of a fat/pro meal, and believe it or not this is true for most. In the 1000's I've helped, we've avoided dairy in general, yes, but utilized full fat real cheese in meals as a fat source w/no ill-effects. (due to no milk sugar which is what lends that soft/bloated look) Even when cheese was taken out to "see" if there was a noticable difference, there wasn't.

I do agree that you have to see for yourself, yes, that is good for any principal. However it's actually a pretty safe bet that one can include REAL cheese in the right amounts for one's goals and not suffer any ill effects.
