What is your goal of this eating approach? You never stated.
However, it's pretty darn bad for ANY goal, so I'd definitely read the IMPORTANT posts atop the page for general assistance.

im not bothered about any fat gain. my body fat is low how ever much i eat. my aim is to eat what my body needs to recover from my strength training. i have a competition coming up soon on the 2nd july. so i want to do things right, i want to win of course. i have read a couple of bulking threads and calories/protein/carb calculators. the amount of each seems o.k. i think its more an issue of eating the right type of foods at the right time of day and cutting out any junk food.

i think my diet is giving me good results is because im still at an early stage of my training, but eventually will not as i progress. some recommendations of supplements and other foods i simply would not be able to afford them for constant use for the amount of time suggested. so cost is also a concern. im still getting use to the amount of food i should be eating, as i used to box and was dieting alot to make the weight division i was in for the fights i entered.
