plz critique bulking diet
hey im currently 6'2 236 and i wanna gain about 15-20 lbs of lean muscle before i cut im currently taking 500mg of sustanon 250 a week is this diet sufficient? i stole the base of it from mike xxl but i changed it around a bit also thx to him for posting that.
2 small tortillas, mushrooms, fat free cheese & salsa
1 English muffin with no sugar added jam & peanut butter
15 gm of whey protein
25 gm of oatmeal
1 1/2 can of tuna
15 ml of flax seed oil
8 eggs & light mayo (makes an egg salad)
2 pieces of whole-wheat bread w/ ham
1 banana
15 gm of whey protein
1 yogurt
1 1/2 can of tuna
15 ml of flax seed oil
120 gm of steak
20 gm of whey protein
50 gm of carrots
1 AND A HALF HOUR TRAINING START 6:00PM to 7:30PM
60 gm of whey
5 rice cakes (caramel flavored)
1 pear or banana
125 gm of cottage cheese
15 gm of whey protein
1 no sugar added fat free yogurt

i know you get asked this alot but i live in a small town so i dont exactly have tons of people with the know how and i dont have the time right now to read some dr phil eat right book;d any info would be greatly appreciated also another question i have is when i bulk up will i lose a bit of the fat i already have if done correctly? i know ill have to cut it when im done but was hoping that it would be easier to cut after a good bulking cycle then from before if you know what im saying...thx again hope this makes sense...its late...and i just watched kingdom of heaven not a bad flick;d
